Dr. Plateroti, received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Plateroti brings more than 20 years of combined experience in Dermatology, Dermatologic Surgery, Medical Directorship and Complementary Medicine.
Dr. Plateroti is board certified in both Dermatology and Family Practice. Dr. Plateroti holds the following fellowship/memberships.

Dr. Plateroti is also Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Western University of Health Science Medical School.
As a specialist in Dermatological Surgery, he is also one of the most experienced skin cancer surgeons in the U.S., having performed thousands of Mohs micrographic skin cancer surgeries. Dr. Plateroti has also lectured nationally on cancer surgeries and reconstruction. The practitioners at Dr. Plateroti Dermatology Associates are trained in the newest and most advanced medical and surgical techniques and are at the cutting edge of cosmetic dermatology, laser, vein and cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Plateroti realized in his medical practice that there was potential in western medicine for the establishment of a new life-giving paradigm, one which encompassed the fundamental principle that perfect health is more than just the absence of disease. He began to envision a medical system based upon the premise that health is a lively state of balance and integration of body, mind and spirit.
