Whether your needs are dermatological or aesthetic, we are here to assist you in improving your health and looking your best.

Vaginal issues

Childbirth and aging can affect a woman's body and her resulting life satisfaction in a number of ways. Mothers who deliver vaginally, especially when the baby is large and/or requires forceps, are at risk of stretching and trauma, which can result in a decrease of vaginal tightness. Having more than one child also increases the odds.

Aging can cause unpleasant vaginal symptoms, ranging from laxity to other issues like itching, dryness, and soreness. These problems can also lead to issues with irritation and discomfort during sexual intercourse. Urinary ailments may also occur such as stress incontinence with its involuntary leakage of urine when you cough, sneeze, or laugh.

Vaginal rejuvenation

Vaginal and urinary issues can be frustrating to your daily life as well as your relationship. RejuVAnate vaginal rejuvenation can help make you feel more like yourself again.

Using the state-of-the-art Phoenix CO2 laser, the RejuVAnate procedure involves focusing the energy to heat the vaginal tissue in order to encourage increased collagen production, tightness, and lubrication. It can also potentially help improve mild cases of stress urinary incontinence.

Good candidates for treatment

Many women make good candidates for vaginal rejuvenation. Anyone who is suffering from laxity or urinary incontinence could benefit. Similarly women who are experiencing dryness, soreness, and/or lack of lubrication during sex could also see an improvement in their symptoms as well as a return to more intimacy with their partner.

Vaginal rejuvenation is appropriate for most women. However, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have had an abnormal Pap smear in the last year, it may not be right for you.

About Recovery

A vaginal laser treatment is minimally invasive. Patients should be able to return home to recover immediately after the procedure and resume their normal daily routine. Vaginal rest is recommended for three days and patients should refrain from sexual activity during these three days.
